The Approach
Catering, composed like a menu
We do not work from a fixed catering list. Every event begins with a conversation — about the occasion, the guests, the room and the feeling you want the evening to hold.
From there, our chef designs a bespoke menu, our sommelier proposes pairings, and our events team handles the rest. Handmade pasta and wood-fire cooking travel with us wherever possible.
